"Quick Delivery from Smokehead Whisky!"
Smokehead Whisky delivered my order by 1pm on Christmas Eve, just 48 hours after I made the purchase. I opted for the speedy delivery due to the postal strikes, but honestly, they got my order out super fast. I thought it wouldn’t arrive before Christmas, but it did!! I was really impressed. It was a gift, and the person who received it absolutely LOVED it. He’s a fan of peaty, single malt whisky, so it was a perfect match! Big thanks to Smokehead Whisky!!

"My Experience with Smokehead Customer Service"
I reached out to Smokehead multiple times via email but got no reply. This kind of negligence is pretty disappointing, to put it mildly. If that's how they handle things, I can't really recommend them.

"A Christmas Gift That Was a Hit!"
The delivery went smoothly. The products are really nice to look at. I got this for my son-in-law, who's quite the expert - he thought it was amazing! I also picked up a tin of miniatures for my husband, and he was really into how it looked. I'd definitely purchase again.

"Package delivered to incorrect location..."
The package was sent to the wrong place. I tried reaching out to customer support, but no response after a whole week. According to the tracking info, the package has been sent back, yet I still haven't heard from customer service. I'm done with online shopping; from now on, it's in-store only for me.

Almost a 5-star experience, but the delivery was a hassle!! I get that there’s been a postal strike, but when I was informed that Smokehead had sent out the package, Royal Mail told me it hasn’t even been logged yet!! That’s a bit disappointing... and your customer service could definitely speed things up... I’m still waiting on a reply to my email... 3 days is just too long to wait. On the bright side (which is why I gave you 4 stars), the Smokehead Terminado is absolutely fantastic!!
